France definitely looks like they are back. I would not be surprised if they win the 2023 world cup
I took the risk dealing with Luiz to be in charge of my trade and finally end up with perfect testimony.his platform is amazing and very straightforward..
Thanks Luiz .+1.8.0.3.5.6.6.0.6.9.7..
First try, leading with an arm
I think we will lose the tournament this year by only 1 bonus point because of our third away game against England, probably in favor of wales. But, i do think next year it can be for us. Finally there are always surprises with the big nations like the scotland win of the first round, and well i find that it's very exciting ans what makes this tournament so passionating and unpredictable u know !) ✌
what a way to move the ball France, that is how should be done!!!
ITworlds captions rock. Never thought I would see olive oil score a try...
A far improved exciting French team, Shaun Edwards has really improved their defence
Props to the referee for trying french ! kudos
Hi guys. Does someone know what's the teams entry music ? Great match, great France btw...
Honestly, France could have won by 15 or 20 points this game but they did not handle some moments. The French players are very young and they will certainly become dominant for the next few years. In this match, it's obvious that they have a lot more potential and more natural talent than the Irish and the other tournament nations. The French future looks glorious ...
Totally agree, game seemed more one-sided than the score indicates
Well played Ireland. Love from France
This commentator brings back memories
France injured : Camille chat, François cros, bamba, Ntamack, Vakatawa
If I'm going to be honest, Ireland's defence was pretty awful for an international team. They were letting people through constantly and the scramble defence was pathetic. They need to figure some stuff out soon before they find themselves out of the top 10 in the world. I'm just disappointed and quite shocked that a team that was unstoppable only three years ago has gone downhill so quickly
Well done France. Big win, first time in Dublin in 10 years. Never easy for any team going there these days even when Ireland have an off day.
Andy Farrell out.
With "if" we are remaking the world but if the French had the same success as against Italy in the penalty kicks and not made so many hand faults, and the Irish did not had this very lucky rebound on their try, the score would have been more largely to the advantage of France.
Congrats to a fantastic French team - We (Ireland) are not on form but are very difficult to beat. I hope we can be more competitive over the next 18 months,.
You have the players, but not the tactics.
Maybe Ireland just aren’t as good as people think.
With an English coach yes i can agree man doesn't have a clue
I was wondering about the irish try ... No "en-avant"? Some help ? I want to precise, old referees were too old really. Even if i found the yellow card very strict, I really appreciated this new one. :)
1:50 happy rebound
The enemy of France is their inconsistency you simply do not know which french team is going to pitch up
@Max Therond Yeah the world needs a stronger French team cause seemingly the SH has no challengers
Xolaninokwe Maxwell ye for sure 🇫🇷💪🏽 only can go up from here
@Max Therond I guess this six nations should tell us all what we need to know then
Xolaninokwe Maxwell that was the old French, we just have so much young talent now in every position for most countries to compete, after the rules were changed in the top 14 couple years ago making each squad have at least 16 French instead of so many imported players and with France’s back to back wins in the u20 World Cup it’s going to be scary to watch them play for years 💪🏽
@Max Therond mite seem that way now wait till they don't turn up
France look strong this is the France team of the 90s and early 2000s France are much like Argentina they are dark horses and can fire if you screw up.
and have never won anything worth winning
We Are going to win the World cup
Les Bleus playing Good Footie at the moment. Well Done. Good for the Game.
When France came forward they tore Ireland apart. Offloading in tackles had Ireland in 6's & 7's. Lowe is shit!! Two games in a row he's concead preventable trys down his line. How is he on the international team. Earls was playing well & he got subbed for Larmour who had no impact on the game yet again. & for those who are gonna tell me he didn't get enough time to have an impact, Connors & Furlong had similar game time but made a massive impact when they came on.
France were destroying Ireland, but just lost their accuracy at the breakdown. Should have scored a few more tries.
France is looking real good, and building a great team. Ireland hit their peak 2017-2019 Yet failed at the WRC again. Loose the good coach and downhill the green men go......
Allez la France
They didn’t play too well against Ireland tho
We didn't win in Dublin for 9 years man.. we're still happy we could break that line of lost away games! (Like we did in Wales last year by the way..)
sure there are days life these when It's a bit more difficult. But to their defense, the irish game style was ruining the game pace with their constant kicking game. they did nothing but kicking. It was funny to see the last ball they've got during the match. They could not kick it otherwise the match would end so they had to attack ball in hand and let me tell you, they did nothing ball in hand. They just lost some ground ball in hand.
This first try is beautiful, nothing seems to stop the French, not even yellow cards
Maybe a red card again ? ;p Against Walles for exemple, they seems on a good streak lol 2 wins in a row thanks to this
Hé hé...!
French lineouts, Big Problem.
No doubts they gonna fix it.
Recently 6 nations was not advised for heart problems, after England-Scotland, Wales - Scotland and Ireland-France games. Watch out!
A difficult, wet and tricky kicking game for France, but after a poor start, they achieve to control the match. They wouldn't have win this match few seasons ago, but they seem much more composed and inspired than before.
True, that's the kind of match they used to loose on last minutes of the game for the past years
Too much hype on northern teams. When the pressure comes of the world southeen teams will win. Bcoz mentaly those teams is what they thrive on playing on pressure.
back to normal ... Ireland top tier 2 side
And still you can't deny the facts... just talk shit like a little girl.
@PJCompsHD I care not for England and am not English... you jump to conclusions like a little girl... Angry? you're the pole smoker that responded with emotion, obviously cut up about the truth of Ireland being shithouse. Sorry little one... Ireland are shit
@peter barlow Let me guess you think england are good? they're shit lmao a population of 55 odd million and do fuck all but be an irrelevance😂😂😂 stay mad kid.
@PJCompsHD lol... you sound pre-pubescent Ireland are shit.. beat by Japan... 2nd Tier never been in a WC final... 2nd Tier Can't win regularly in the SH...2nd Tier
@peter barlow you have stated 0 facts son Ireland are one of the best teams in the world and there is nothing you can do about it. that's a fact son. the only emotion I have responded with is laughter. You're most likely an angry little brit😂🤣🤣
This looks all good and well, alot of people saying 2023 wc is looking like it might be on favor of an up coming French team with spirit and flair, but in all honesty, to me its just gonna be about who between the springboks or allblacks wants it more, with an outside chance of Australia coming right and getting their 3rd title
@Nicolas Machiaveli Agree 100%. France are on top form at the moment and I can only see them improving. I’m English but would definitely welcome France winning the web ellis (As I’m sure as shit we won’t).
@Nicolas Machiaveli in 2019 wc i remember all blacks fan saying they were so much better than any northern hemisphere team...and then they got absolutly smashed by the english lol and 2020 has been a not that great year for all blacks
Always the same south hemisphere arrogance, you don't learn from the past when France kicked your ass in 1999 or 2007, i'm talking about All Blacks. France will be very hard to beat in 2 years with more experience from the youngest and some players at their prime like Alldritt, Dupont, Cros, Penaud, Marchand, among the best at their position. And Arthur Vincent is a total beast at center back, one of the best defensive players in the world and he is only 21. Just imagine the potential of this team, they are 2 times U23 world champions, they have already 40 players with international pedigree, never in her history France has been so strong and deep. Quote my words.
France showed a lot of potential but lack efficiency on that particular game. When they can put everything together, they will be unstoppable. They may pull through the tournament this year.
This video deserves more views
Ireland have to play a boring tight game because there is nothing in the backs.
Im now to Rugby so why dont they do nothing BUT "maul"?.. Seems a good strategy to me.
@Henco Harmse well I would always just throw it more towards my team
@Ramming Speed There is a meter gap between the two opposing lines, so it doesn't have to be dead straight, just within that channel.
@Henco Harmse aye but what if its like 1 inch in favour of your team, how will the Ref know? (with his calibrated laser pointer vision?)
@Ramming Speed You have to throw the ball straight down the middle. The attacking team have an advantage since they know where the hooker (the position that handles throw-ins) will throw in the line-out. But the defensive team can also compete to win the ball
@Henco Harmse in a lineout why dont they throw it directly to their team?
Ireland put in so much effort and still lose..
Stick in your ear, Mick.
I’m so excited to watch France in 2023. In fact all the European teams..... Except Wales 😜
Wales BEST TEAM EVER 🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴🏴
You can't use the excuse that you got beaten because you had a player sent off 😄 😁 😆 😅 😂 🤣 Very poor Ireland!!
Still hurting I see
Thanks for posting.
Ireland's only try wasn't even deserved, they were lucky the ball bounced towards them.
Like a blue supporter i say "c'est la vie mon ami !"
@arno222444 im also french
French fan here: it is fully deserved, this is part of the game, our French flair attacking legends have scored countless tries based on a lucky bounce.
Wales will smash France in the last match.
Im not so sure...wait and see
@Ronan Savage But I'm not the person telling everyone Wales is probably better or stronger than them, you are mate. Good teams grind out wins, no matter how ugly the win is.
@Cutyrhair well I mean you guys can’t say much cause that was your team last year
@Ronan Savage ''Probably'' really isn't good enough though is it? I mean ANY team could ''Probably' beat anyone on their day, but you Didn't beat us & are now fighting it out for the Wooden spoon with Italy.
LOL
Thank you for the upload.
🇫🇷
Tough game but good fight from France, Ireland is so boring to watch Now the real challenge begin with the hardest opponents to come... The refs.
@S.K 123 Damn you're as boring as your team playstyle... I'm pretty sure no one says that there and for a few good reasons but anyway, 2 facts 1. Yes that Sexton drop was on fire and it destroyed us in a time where we tried to reconnect with victory (at some point getting out of the last World cup group stages was a big win lol) but you were never ever exciting, you just played touch by making jump your 3.5m Toner and then hide the ball in pick and go, i mean that's a fact ! You are really wordwidly known for that ! Ans don't get me wrong it works but it is so boring 2. Now you are just trying to being mean by defending your squad but i get it you will never admit it so i'm sorry for saying that your national team play horrible rugby to watch... And no we also prefer to win but France always try to put a good copy, a sort of a "french flair" and now we do both, we beat you 2 or 3 times in a row now, i guess your going to "play like France" for a while Enjoy watching horrible rugby awarded by horrible results But seriously i hope it's just a phase and that Ireland bounce back, trust me it is not cool to past from RWC finalist to last of the 6 nations in 5 years
@S.K 123 And France were not at the top this weekend but still is the most enjoyable team to watch in Europe these last 3 years, hands down
@S.K 123 Yes you used the same tactic in 2018 because you were always boring to watch, we don't say "play it like Irland" for nothing lol But ok if it don't bother you, enjoy watching your team kicking every ball they have and when they lead hiding the ball in pick and go for 30 minutes (and if at the end of the day you still lose i hope it still don't bother you to saw nothing) and yes France was horrible in the last decade, we've been throw hell despite the fact that they tried to give mouvements there was no talents nothing, but now a new generation arrives with a new staff and give us hope so we know what we're talking about I enjoy much more watching Italy or Scotland play than your team, but still if it don't bother you...
@erwan castiel no I can't agree its called tactics and squad selection which are both wrong in my opinion they have great players in that team but farell does not know how to use them simple as
@Michael O Donaghue yes i do realise, so what ? You can at least agree on the fact that your team is boring as hell to watch, with or without the missing half
Our backs except lowe are not playing with direction
Beaucoup de plaisir. Quel beau combat ! 💥💥💥
@Murray David petit insolent 😂😂
Well said. I like your comment as you are obviously a purist....the game matters more than the result and that needs to be the case because if we continue to play bad rugby then no Northern Hemisphere team will win the RWC...there is too much kicking in the game and when France and Ireland ran the ball it was far better than kicking away possession. It was a hard contest and the result could easily have been different. Allez les Blues d'un Irlandais vivant en France (I hope I said that correctly)
Allez le pays de Galles
Ireland wooden spoon
Excellent game France! Intelligence, strength, strategy, the keys to the victory! 💪👊Go
Let's go France!
Thanks
I see VAR is ruining rugby as well as soccer.
@C L You didn't watch the slow motion properly. His right foot fully touch the line before the try (sorry if my English i's bad ^^)
@Tom Rees I played flanker in Wales what did you play I've got nothing to do with football, twat
@C L fuck off back to football
@Ah Fei good point, I guess so
@C L What about the defenders' efforts? DOn't they deserve to be rewareded too?
Ireland play was all about kicking balls in the French 30 meters in order to prevent from dangerous french carried balls. France's defence was outstanding, France's attack was dangerous
Looks like knowing the RWC 2023 will be in France seems to be motivating the French to lift their game
Yeah let's hope they don't peak to soon
Lift their game? If they play like that then they won't be contenders at all. Watching 6 nations is like watching grass grow.
What a crowd ! Fantastic atmosphere, the real expression of life !
@Mr.
@Mr.
Hahahahahahaha
A very nice match! A brilliant France, but which could only shine by the valour of the Irish! Special congratulations to Dulin, Aldritt Atonio and Bourgarit 4 players who play for me, as well as Dupont, Jalibert and the whole French team ! On the Irish side, special mention to James LOWE, who gave us an excellent game.
general poor irish performance, well done france
sick of this idiotic pantomime of mask wearing
I dont see why france can't win the tournament this year, too strong
@Max Mason If the VAR (TMO decision) was already here in the 90's, we would have seen thousands of red cards, and Sebastien Chabal wouldn't have finish any single international game!.. 😅
@Hadrien Donzel "I did not know you weren't allowed to elbow people. It was the refferee, who told me, you cannot elbow people in the face. the staff did not warn me" - Vahaamaahina
@S.K 123 haha yeah but that's the fact : in our quarter final during the world cup 2019 against Wales, we finally got a red card again after the elbow kick by Vahamaahina..and lost the match!
If there wasn't a second "away game" in england (very hard..) I think that france would win the 6nations.. But instead i really think it's gonna be for Wales, with only 1 little bonus point of difference at the end of the last round. You will see ✌
We need to beat England in Twickenham. It doesn't happen often. And we need to beat Scotland who look quite sharp. Not to mention Wales, who manage to win their games. But I agree, we have a good looking team to build for 2023'
We didn't play our best rugby today but we still won. Can't wait the next game against Scotland with ntamack back
Lol aside from a freak try Ireland offered nothing. France were easily the better team. France got dragged into a scrappy match and lost their accuracy. Didn't help Pearce let the breakdown turn into a free for all which suited Ireland.
Yes is true we will beat Scotland in France
They shall not pass
Even Gandalf says so.
@S.K 123 A Rugby match is a little battle, a little war :) In France we also say: "No Pasaran !" :)
@S.K 123 Nothing wrong, just a reference to the French defense in the game
Oh dear. From the Irish pundits before 6 nations,Wales are rubbish, they'll be lucky to get wooden spoon. How you feeling now boyos.
@Michael O Donaghue yep poor mans team alright,75 games to 55 with 7 drawn against the irish. 3rd place and two 4th places at RWC,countless triple crowns and grand slams, poor mans team alright, with lots of luck, you tool.
@Nigel Clats through wrong tactics and injuries ya,😂 Wales are just a poor man's team with the luck of Saint for god sake lol
@Michael O Donaghue haha, like they did to Ireland last weekend 😭😭😭😭
@Nigel Clats oh shut up we would have destroyed ye with 15 men don't get carried away buddy I hope France put that dummy back in your mouths
@Murray David I'm Welsh you knobend, winners are grinners
Finaly !!! When you are a French rugby supporter and you see your team winning the same game they were losing during 10 years ago it’s fantastic! French young talents are more pragmatic during the game and know now how to score when oposite team play strong and close.
@l'ours timbernake now I'm beginning to wish i knew French
@l'ours timbernake now I'm beginning to wish i knew French
@Akila De silva haha no , it's more our accent who are very ugly
I have a little bad with the Englishe's language...
@Akila De silva Stereotype is french don't speak English but many many of us speak it near-fluent. And for those who might not be good at English they probably can speak Spanish, Italian or German. English people just expect everyone to speak English everywhere they go. We are here to bring them down a few notches haha. Forever their best friendly enemies.
Ireland are so boring to watch
@MrJabbothehut I agree 100% tbh I would like to see France win it at least you have some french people in your rugby team unlike your football team were there is about 3 french people
@PJCompsHD i agree man, I'm from france and support france and had to deal with a horrible last 10 years of international rugby and believe me ireland are nowhere near that bad. The problems are definitely coaching related. No team at tier 1 is bad due to lack of good players.
@MrJabbothehut I understand what you're saying but I disagree we show lots of quality in the attack at times but we have lots of injuries and practically half a new squad what we could do with is a new coach maybe
@PJCompsHD it's the truth though. They can hold it so well but their attack is so static at the moment. Like theyve forgotten how to run lines and dummy runners
@MrJabbothehut go watch cricket. Ireland are one of the best teams in the world. rugby is not for you.
There were 2 forward passes in the first french try
Thanks God : you werent the referee !
Which ones ?
if you have trouble with the camera's perspective, pause the video and look at the players feet at the moment of the pass
Too much Sinn Fein left wing nonsense in this Irish team could do with a few loyalist hard men in there
could do with a few proper conservative Irish nationalists.
or more kiwis
Get rid of these British folks Andy Farrell Mike Catt and Billy The Simpsons Burns 🇮🇪👌
@A Brennan They can f off too
more kiwis and saffas needed on the united nations team
2:35 what exactly was the problem there? Seemed like a legit tackle to me.
At 2:24 the French #7 has his arm around the player's neck in the tackle.
@Milan Stolper Not Aldriit, Ollivon.
When a brit ref is on a pit with a French team. Usual decision, nothing to see here :)
The ref talk about the first tackle at 2:29. It was a little bit high.
there was an advantage. Just before, Gregory Alldritt did a high tackle. But they didn't show it.
the French flair is back !!!!!! FRance have the team to win the tournament this year ! and preparing world cup 2023 at home with Young talented players like dupont
@Michael O Donaghue They should have played with a quicker pace, especially against 14 players. They never use they’re backs that much which is a big problem in my opinion
@Joe Morales its called tactics man ireland played a kicking game France scored that try cause ireland kicked it away as I said before for the 100th time you do not kick the ball away to 14 men its just stupid especially against a team like France ireland should have been counter attacking ffs
@Michael O Donaghue Its not about the score board difference. Its about how they play during the match. Ireland had no structure all game. France managed to score a great try with only 14 players and that was shocking defence from Ireland. Johnny Sexton wouldnt have made a difference. He probably would have got himself injured again.
@Mr. Baguette I agree with your statement but when a team goes down to 14 men you do not kick the ball back to the opposition Wales proved that against us by using the wings it won them the game. France in my opinion were fantastic in defence but sloppy in attack had many chances to increase the lead I wouldn't say ireland were lucky because with the team on the pitch I think they did an okay job of it the kicking game wasn't the right way to go I think it lost them the game which they could have won with the right tactics. Our injuries always cost us in big games think about it stockdale o mahoney sexton Murray Ryan Dan leavy and then two of our better players in healy and Henderson both go off along side Billy burns. The team that remained on the pitch didn't have any real experienced leaders against a very strong French team I think your being a bit harsh now in fairness. Alot of our bench haven't played rugby in a while through injuries in furlong Larmour ultan dillane hasn't had enough time on the big stage to make his mark yet yes France had injuries too but had very good players on the pitch your scrum half is unbelievable and I think he actually had a quiet enough game while our best scrum half was injured your comparison is a bit flawed buddy. The coach for me is the one making the decisions and is making the wrong decisions too much kicking not enough passing out to the wings james Lowe had an opportunity to attack the wing at a stage in the game and kicked it away yet again that has to be coming from farell and the backs coack it's ridiculous if we play like that against Italy they might even have a chance to beat us as for England and Scotland well if they play like that I say good luck to one of the worst six nations ireland has ever played. Farell is picking the wrong players park isn't good in my opinion they should have cooney in there and a more experienced kicker to replace sexton aka madigan or carty or even paddy Jackson but no his career was ruined like most men in history was ruined by women so don't be so quick to judge cause I do remember when France weren't France at all and I still enjoyed there rugby.
@Mr. Meeseeks hopefully it's a good and competitive world cup! i always like seeing the smaller rugby nations playing and getting a good result lol but let's just hope times are better and we have full stadiums back because we need them anthems being sung by real crowds now lol
Ireland gonna struggle against italy. Scotland will beat this side and England will win too.
@Michael O Donaghue I said Ireland wouldn’t struggle against Italy
Struggle to beat Italy???? U need to get off them funny cigarettes buddy 😂 Wales were LUCKY to beat us with 14 men and France Well France deserved the win but yet again we were missing crucial players and farrels game plan is a joke kick all the time doesn't even use the wings the dope blame the coach nobody else for team selection and tactics
@Uhila Bingi Faiva what
in your dream......hhhhhhhh.....ENGLAND LOSERS
ireland have played the two toughest sides this year they will regain agaisnt italy and i reckon narrowly beat england
@Fabio Tio Comment ça? 😀
God that was a tough match !!
Why isn't Ntmaack at 10.
@Ansou Souare no that was a Bordeaux player...
Yes he's broken jaw by a castres player in top14
He's back certainly against Scotland or England with Bamba!
Injured
he's injured
The best team lost
Thats sounds like what french says : when blues lose
Blame farrel
watch the game sober next time bro 😂
The most boring team lost. Get the ball kick into the French side, repeat ! Ireland is very boring to watch !
Dupont and Jalibert at 9 & 10 is deadly
Not Jalibert !
@Antoine B de M also feel like he was targeted by the Irish, hence why he had less occasions to shine
Dupont and N'tamack are more better than Dupont and jalibert
It was not the best Dupont that shown up today. Missed some crucial passes and played too confidently sometimes. He is a humble person, I’m sure it won’t repeat any time soon. His contest during Ireland’s last attack phase of the game was however useful and shows that he is good at every aspect of rugby, from attacking to tackling. I can’t think of a such complete player.
@Monte Yeelim I believe he'll be back next game
Ireland are going backwards at a serious pace... What has Mike Catt done?!! Bish bosh bash... So predictable to watch, a very average team
The game was still incredibly tight. Yes their try happened due to luck, but the one they were denied was also unlucky. Dulin defends bravely but it is a few centimeters that make the difference. To me the Irish planned to win this game by grinding down their opponent and they almost succeeded. Congrats to them
we are back rosbif
I think the only country who don’t cum in their pants when England lose might be Japan actually
@Thomas C Haha yeah we know. It seems to be the essence of rugby generally
@Bar Tonks Allez les Bleus ! and support Ireland, Wales, and Scotland. Anyone against England hehe. Beating the English is the essence of French rugby.
@Bar Tonks england is a french colony
@Michael O Donaghue In a broader sense yeah, Wales are always our biggest rivals even when they’re not playing well. I remember seeing Welsh fans on Twitter cracking open champagne when we lost in the recent wc final 😂. But don’t get me wrong, as of right now I’m mostly worried about France, as I think we all are in this six nations. Watching as a neutral, I actually thought Ireland put a pretty good shift in this game, but yeah it’s a shame seeing you guys doing the same kicking game we also keep insisting on playing 🙄. All I can say is big props to any team who can beat France this year, I sure as shit don’t think we will.
How much longer do we have to suffer under this regime? Zero progress since the calamity of the World Cup (which Farrell was part of). No team cohesion. Grit but no guile. A third of the team are not even Irish. Did anybody not receive that meme about players nationalities during the game? It's officially a national joke. Billy Burns showed once again why England let him go. However, for some reason Farrell thinks he's good enough for Ireland. Bigotry of low expectations. Gibson Park brushed aside no less than 3 times by Dupont in one movement, and at fault for the try. He is arguably the 5th best scrumhalf playing in Ireland, However, because he's a "project player" he's getting caps because the sponsors and IRFU want a return on investment. Supporters being treated like morons. Virgin Media complicit by their total lack of honest analysis
The blues are clearly a place above. But not just against the Green Irish, as we will see in the other matches of the 6 Nations tournament. But it's because they are very youngs, with a lot of natural talent or 2 U World Cups in their bag. However this game was very trying for them even if they won, they declared it to be the hardest they had had to play in a long time. captain Ollivon said it was "a match for (real) men" (un match d'hommes") : large tribute to the Irish figting spirit
How much longer? Being French, I can give you a hint. It took us 10 years...
@A Brennan not based on the first two games no. However, I think by the end of the tournament you’ll see 1 or 2 there, my guess would be Ringrose at 13 (one of the more open positions at the minute) and perhaps James Ryan or Henderson in the second row.
United nations team there are no Irish people playing on the team
Burns definitely has a lot of progress to do but he isn't horrendus either. Unfortunately he was subbed early and Byrne is a better kicker but Burns brings way more speed to the team than Sexton does as he's just done now and should hang up the cleats giving all the head injuries. But Farrell's coaching is indeed going back to the old "forwards" only Ireland. Such a shame as Shmidt showed how dangerous Ireland can be when moving the ball around more.
Not very inspired today... They should have scored more and not let ireland score at the end, one penalty against them and ireland would have won the game. 10 years they didn't win in dublin though.
I kinda felt like we were in the situation of Scotland at Twickenham last week, close game, dominating but not able to take a large advantage.
Viva la France.... France has this thing of starting very well and being French at the later stages of the competition (by that I mean they F*** things up)
Their kicker wasn't very accurate today and France did screw a lot of try opportunities with poor passes. I would say the score is flattering for ireland considering what their attack actually do. Still their tenacity should be praised
@baptiste brigand ?????
@Wayne ..
Vive la France* Viva = spanish/italian thanks to not make the mistake again this is really trash for us everytime lmfao
Well, France vs Wales will certainly be an interesting contest to watch 😉
@Bar Tonks i don’t know, I’ve seen the automn cup final, an Irish ref born in England just gave the game to England at the end. Not one single decision, 3 to 4 one sided decisions at the most important moments, a critical forward pass missed.
@arno222444 You know the ref won’t be English, right? Whether he’s Scottish, Welsh, Irish, Oz or whoever none of them want England to win. So long as France don’t throw any elbows or punches, I don’t think you have to worry too much about beating us this year (imo)
@Tom k.williams Well Tom. Things are about to change. The days of Wales' negative anti-Rugby, smothering the opponent and feeding off mistakes etc... are over. That won't be enough against this France side. You need to actually play quality Rugby now to beat most good sides, even in the 6N.
@yoe91 Rugby in a glorified friendly with the loss of arguably the best coach the six Nations have seen, and in an actual tournament you beat us by four big deal and the year before that we won the grand slam and knocked France out of the world cup ... against 14 of them my I add 😁😁
Interesting hahahahaha Wales have been way to lucky this competition two games when the opposition are down to 14 men France will hammer Wales hopefully I want to see France win the grand slam cause by god they deserve it
france is using springboks tactics with nr9 utilising the forwards to push tru the gaps and those tricky passes. they not doing much. loll. wont be so hard to get onto....
At least they are entertaining not like the others anglosaxons nations, their rugby is soporific!
They' didn't do much cause they barely had the ball. Still scored two tries. It was a bad game for them compared to how they've been playing since 2019. Otherwise their game isn't anywhere near SA's as they pass the ball around a lot more. Not criticising SA as they are obviously atbthe top with NZ and won the last world cup.
they have incredible players. we can't say against it
france was lucky to wn...
@Bo Dasen You say that but the main thing letting France down in the wc and six nations is discipline, which I think they’ve addressed pretty well. It’ll be a good game hopefully!
@Bar Tonks I'm not believing France is winning it until I see it , cause we always fuck things up , England could still win this one , by beating us , cause you'll be the underdogs thanks to all the fuckin journalist who are now saying that France is the greatest rugby team and dupont is the best player in the world... This is not helping France at all, they should shut their mouth and wait for titles So I'm still actually betting on England on this one , cause we don't stand the pressure We'll come back in this comment section end of march to see who's right
@Bo Dasen Yeaah but let’s be honest, France are winning this thing. We’re playing shit, Ireland aren’t at their best, Wales have LRZ but otherwise aren’t playing great, Italy playing with flair but sadly still not competitive, Scotland playing pretty decent but I’m unsure if they’ll match France either
it's called talent! maybe you will have some one day.. then you will understand what i mean! peace
Farell is the man to blame for irelands loss no body else 😂😂
I wonder if France would be able to win a on form SA team or even a NZL team
@Bar Tonks His question was 'would France beat an on form SA or NZ team'. I understand France are playing well at the moment, and things are looking promising but I doubt they would beat an 'on form' SA or NZ team yet.
@R.W. D. Haven’t seen SA play at all since the WC so it’s difficult to say, and I don’t really think NZ are currently quite as dominant as they once were. France have some of the best players in the world at the moment, and I think they’re only going to get better as a team. If there was a game today with either of those teams I might put my money on France.
@JPeg fools around Vous avez raison !
@JPeg fools around Tout a fait vrai !
no the nearly lost a crap irish team
France are back in the business 🇨🇵 💪 if you love Rugby, you can only be enjoyed with this 😃 good Irish spirit too well done for the both team
@Ann Osmond would you go away with your fairytale shite Wales have been way to lucky this competition and just for that I want France to win this competition they are a way better team
@England 4 Life maybe, maybe not who knows?! we love you mister bitter..
@England 4 Life Nah I’m English. France are gonna smash us 😂
@Ann Osmond maybe you right , maybe not. This is all the beauty of sport my friend ;)
@England 4 Life Dude, stop. That's not how we talk in rugby.
Ireland was lucky to get the losing BP, that try was a bit of a fluke...
I blame farrel
Not really, good hookers play. Granted, Ireland are not really.....inventive.
Yes the only Irish try was a poor try
When your team scores zero points against a yellow carded team and the yellow carded team scores a try on you, you deserve to lose.
They kicked the ball away when that yellow card was on going Hugo keenan kicked it away to France when they should've been using the wings don't like farrel
@Scuba Steve 1 a quit large lasr pass "en-avant" 2 foot on the line , yes it was brief :) 3 try ... on a red french foot (?) ... Only England with some referee can pretend to it, not us nor ... Rugby :)
Yellow carded team can be hard to play against too , because they are more manic cause they have a man down
@Scuba Steve so in other words, didnt score at all
Well they scored a "non-try" I guess which was out by inches.
