IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. ITworldsrs optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching ITworlds for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I feel like I'm doing something wrong... The other day when I did the workout I did felt it burn, but today I don't... I felt like I was engaging my core but as much as I tried I couldn't make it, it happen also with the workout before this one I didn't felt it, even with the planks, the ones on our elbows normally I feel the strength on my core but today it was all on my shoulders... I felt as if I didn't workout at all.

just started this program and am hoping to do to updates every day till I have my mums wedding (which is why I need to lose weight as silk is not forgiving) I'm doing this program as well as walking 6 miles a day at least and some good eating and I would really love the support. Wish me luck :) Day 1: weigh-in of 10 stone 3 pounds - workouts completed - Burned just over 900 calories.
Can someone tell me if it is ok for my knees to hurt? I finished last year's shred challenge and I've just started this one. Am I doing something wrong? Have to mention that they don't hurt all the time, only when I'm doing some specific exercises and also when going upstairs. Thank you in advance!

i wouldn't recommend doing this workout everyday since your body needs to rest after working your muscles this intensely! :) you should definitely rest a few times a week so you don't injure yourself. maybe try working out on 4 days of the week and resting on 3 (you can go on walks or do some yoga on these rest days to still have a bit of activity). i also suggest not expecting to get results this fast, it all depends on height, weight, age and especially your metabolism, so not everybody gets results super quickly. it might happen but also might not. this is probably not what you wanna hear but i hope this helps a little bit! good luck with your fitness journey! :))
