  1. Have a look at the requirements for CCNA on cisco.com. If it looks a bit too involved, CompTIA Network+ is a good place to start.
  2. Before I answer, I would like to ask how you go from a field in business to a networking field? If you wanted to work in networking, wouldn't you have gone for a Bachelors in Science degree, with a focus on Networking? I'm sure most of your courses just involved business classes and not networking classes. So it seems to me like it would be a big jump for you. However, to get CCNA you don't need a background in networking but it is useful. If you want to get CCNA then go out and buy a book to study for the CCNA test. If you want a better chance of passing the test, enroll yourself in a Cisco Network Academy. They'll teach you what you need to become CCNA. Also, since I still assume you haven't had much exposure to networking, I would recommend that you delay the CCNA and try the CCENT instead. It's one level below CCNA from Cisco. It's meant for people who don't have much experience in networking. It would be best to take this first since CCNA can be overwhelming if you haven't had exposure to networking before. Once you pass that, you can take the second test to become CCNA.
